The Celebration of Wesak /Taurus Full Moon is a highlight of the year for many.
You and your friends are warmly invited to attend our special Wesak ceremony.
We are starting at 12.30 pm to be in meditation for the time of the full moon at 1.03pm. Many pilgrims gather at the Wesak Valley at this time to celebrate the life and enlightenment of Gautama Buddha, so we will be joining them in Heart and Mind. It’s also thought that at the exact Full Moon time, the Buddha returns to Earth for a few minutes to bless humanity. Wesak honours the Buddha and is a potent spiritual highpoint of the year.
Much illumination and Light is available.
All welcome, please bring your friends and something to share for the afternoon tea if staying.
